Matthew Phelan
Matthew E. Phelan is a graphic designer/illustrator from New Orleans. He is a co-founder of Deep Field Design, a design firm specializing in the entertainment, non-profit, food and beverage industries. He is excited to be working with Paper Monuments and is grateful to them for opening a dialogue about monuments that better reflect New Orleans today.
